SaCar Forni was founded in the early 1960s by Saverio Caroccia, with the aim of starting production of ovens for restaurants and pizzerias, refrigerators, and, in general, professional equipment and furnishings. Confident that the venture would yield excellent results, Caroccia chose to name the company with his initials.

Upon Mr Caroccia’s passing in 2005, the company was entrusted to Mr Giacomo Sessa, who continued to form a motivated and attentive management team, fully respecting the spirit that had always characterised the SaCar brand. With a decade of experience alongside the founder, Sessa inherited the values of expertise, integrity, honesty, respect, perseverance, and sacrifice that are essential for a successful business.
With an eye on the past and a keen awareness of present dynamics, he now navigates the company towards the future with innovative proposals and state-of-the-art solutions, ensuring that SaCar Forni remains a leading company in the sector.

Energy Efficiency
SACAR FORNI S.r.l. has launched an important energy efficiency project aimed at improving the environmental performance and sustainability of its production activities. The intervention is part of the Campania ERDF OP 2014-2020 Operational Program and was co-financed by the European Union, the Italian State, and the Campania Region.
Project Description
The project involved a series of actions aimed at reducing energy consumption and improving the environmental comfort of the workplaces, including:
- Electrical power factor correction
- Installation of new high-efficiency compressors
- Management and monitoring of air quality and CO₂ levels
- Installation of heat pump water heaters
- Replacement of the heating system
- Replacement of the lighting system with LED solutions
- Installation of a photovoltaic system
- Replacement of window frames
- Building envelope insulation
Objectives
The main objective of the project is to improve the company's energy efficiency through the adoption of sustainable technologies and low environmental impact solutions.
Expected Results:
- Reduction of energy consumption
- Decrease in energy costs
- Improvement of air quality in workplaces
- Greater environmental sustainability of the entire plant
