The range of blast chillers and HIBER fast freezers allows to easily identify the model suitable for the actual needs: from the small 3x2/3 GN to the 12x2/1 GN, from the model for quick cooling of positive type (i.e. from +90 to +3 °C) to the mixed models able to both cool and freeze quickly (from +90 to -18 °C).
