CUBO 4 TRAYS. Convection pastry oven, thermos-ventilated and suitable to contain 4 trays measuring 40x60 cm and water input by direct steam.  The oven if equipped with an automatic washing and a probe to the center for checking the baking of products. The oven is completed by an open or enclosed stand or proofer. Available also in a version suitable to accommodate 5 or 10 trays measuring 40x60 cm or 3/4 trays measuring 40x30.
