Planetary mixer

SaCar planetary mixers are built in steel and cast iron of a consistent thickness. The contour and the exclusive design of the base, cushion the strain and vibrations in addition to make these machines compliant with the hygiene regulations.  In fact, these mixers lie on the floor with four tall supports to allow a perfect cleaning.

Mechanisms and gears are made of special steel, adjusted and placed in an oil bath, enclosed in a mechanical cast iron.
Special attention is given to the safety standards: a functional and sturdy grill and an efficient low-voltage electric system safeguard the operator from injuries. Thanks to three speeds, which can be activated also while the machine is operating, the work cycles are absolutely precise and consistent. These machines are equipped with four tools: thin wire whip, thick wire whip, hook and paddle, all easily interchangeable thanks to a special clasping system.
