Our double arm mixers are an indispensable tool in the pastry shops, the movement of the dipping arms promotes the oxygenation of the dough, avoiding the heating of the same and it blends the ingredients as only this type of machine can do. The kneading machines with dipping arms, thanks to their line and the mechanical arms, bring back to the mind the antique tradition of hand kneading. The left arm is equipped with a loop back to grab the dough while the right arm (which is a mixing arm with two steel points) is designed to stretch out the dough.
